How We Operate

1. Send us your enquiry

Tell us what documents you have, what you need them for and the country they will be used in. Providing as much information as possible at this stage helps us determine what is likely to be required.

2. We review the requirements

Our team will review your enquiry and, if we need any additional information, we’ll contact you by email with a few follow-up questions.

This allows us to confirm the scope of the work and identify any additional certification, DFAT or legalisation requirements before providing a price.

3. Receive your quote

Once we have the information we need, we’ll provide you with a quote outlining the notarial work required and any additional services involved.

If your documents require an Apostille, Authentication or embassy/consulate legalisation, we can also explain these next steps and include them in the process where applicable.

4. Give us the go-ahead

Once you’re happy to proceed, we’ll let you know what we need from you and whether you need to attend an appointment, provide original documents or send documents to our Canberra office.

5. We get to work

From notarisation through to DFAT lodgement and additional legalisation where required, our team can coordinate the process for you.

We’ll keep you informed along the way and let you know once your documents are ready for collection, return or the next stage of their overseas use.
